When applying cleansing cream or lotion, you can make use of cotton so that dirt and dust can be removed gently. This will also remove the dead skin cells. When these things are removed, the pores will open. Then, it is better to apply a night skin treatment, which can reduce the chances of acne caused due to sleepless nights. When your skin care products have contents like Retin – A, glycolic acid and salicylic acid, these products are highly suitable for use during night hours. This is because they are sun sensitive and when you use them in the morning, there may be some irritation on the skin.

Stress caused due to your professional or personal life can cause sleepless night. So, keep yourself away from any such worries and you can follow some relaxing methods like listening to soothing music, listening to some good speeches, watching your favorite programmes, etc… before going to bed.
